Trust and reliability is a specific area of improvement amongst insurers and agents. Complaints regarding ambiguous policy terms are more and more frequent and so on. And it’s why we started Insurance Simplified.
We have a lot of insurance knowledge, but we put that aside and started with a clean sheet.
